自体乙状结肠移植治疗先天性无阴道(改良乙状结肠系膜血管离断法)

Vagianl Reconstruction With Sigmoid Colon Autotransplantation By Modified Relaxation of the Sigmoid Mesenterium with Adequate Division of Vessels

报道10例乙状结肠人工阴道成形术，其中8例采用改良乙状结肠系膜血管离断法，使游离肠管段及所属系膜明显延长，并能减少代阴道肠管向下移植时的张力，保证人工阴道重建成功，同时对手术的要点进行了讨论。

Ten cases of artifical vagian reconstructed by sigmoid autotransplantation were reported. 8 out of 1Ooperations were completed with modified method to relax sigmoid mesenterium by proper division of vessel, The method benefits prolonging of the length of sigmoid and the mesenterium without tension on neovagina during its descending mobilization to insure the success of vagina reconstructoin. Also the procedure of the operation was discussed.
