遵义市农村沼气建设现状、规划与对策

Current Situation and Plan of Biogas Construction and Its Countermeasures in Zunyi City

遵义市共修建了约15．0281万口农村沼气池，约占全市总农户数的1％，其中，有一部分已经废弃。其存在问题主要有：重视不够，认识不足；机构不健全，人员少；经费短缺，运转艰难；技术队伍亟待加强；广泛宣传、培训农户不够等等，针对这些问题，市政府规划用5年左右的时间，建成100万口沼气池。并提出以下对策：将沼气建设工作纳入国民经济计划；深化认识，推进生态农业建设工作；通力合作，共同推进；完善机构、充实力量；列入预算，加大投入；依靠科技进步，加大培训力度；建立并完善技术服务体系和网络；因地制宜、分类指导；制定优惠政策，鼓励发展，使全市65％的农户用上沼气能源。

150 thousand biogas tanks were built in the rural areas of Zunyi city, which occupied only 1% of total peasant household. The problem in construction of biogas tanks is lack of recognition, institution, funds, management personnel, technical personnel, propaganda and training peasant households. The municipal government plans to build 1 million biogas tanks by taking measures of solving above-mentioned problems in the coming five years.
