在贵州省开展了病漏池调查，综合分析原因和查找工作中的不足，为制定对策提供参考依据。通过开展病漏池技术改造试点，探索行之有效的技术方案，结合建立和推行后续管理服务运行机制，从而提高贵州省沼气池使用效率，充分发挥沼气效益，维护建池农户的根本利益，确保农村沼气建设的可持续健康发展。

The paper analyzes the occurent reasons of diseased and leaked biogas tanks comprehensively according to investigation results in Guizhou and introduces the effective technological plan with building the follow-up service, which can raise the utilization efficiency of biogas tanks, make the most of biogas tanks, maintain the basic benefit of peasant households with biogas tanks and ensure the sustainable development in biogas construction in rural areas.
