双阳极室成对电解合成乙醛酸新方法工艺研究

摘要 以过饱和草酸溶液为阴极液,乙二醛溶液为阳极液,分别采用单、双阳极电解槽进行电解合成乙醛酸研究.结果表明,双阳极室的时空产率和电流效率较单阳极室高.在此基础上研究了恒电压、恒电流、电解时间以及乙二醛的浓度、盐酸的浓度等对合成乙醛酸的影响,通过正交分析得到了新的电解合成乙醛酸方法的最佳工艺条件. Regarding ovematuration oxalic acid solution as the negative pole liquid, two aldehyde solution is as the positive pole liquid with second, adopt separately singly , extremely electrolytic trough of Shuangyang formates the research of second aldehydic acid. The result indicates , the conversion ratio of space-time of the room and electric current efficiency are relatively high in Shuangyang. Research voltage , electric current , electrolytic time and second two density , to formate second space-time influence of conversion ratio of aldehydic acid density of hydrochloric acid of aldehyde on this basis, through handing in and analysing that finds the electrolytic best process conditions of the new formatting second aldehydic acid of the room very much of Shuangyang.
