针对当前电子彩票方案存在的突出问题,提出了基于安全技术的新型电子彩票解决方案,并对该解决方案的具体实现与运作进行了详细地讨论和研究,论证了该解决方案在技术、安全、政策等方面的可行性和可操作性;最后对电子彩票的扩充和前景作了个展望.

In view of some problems of electronic lottery nowadays, we propose a new electronic lottery scheme based on digital signature technology. Above all, we research on the concrete implement and operation of this scheme, thus demonstrating the feasibility and maneuverability of this Scheme in view of technology ,security and policy, etc. Lastly, we prospect the future development of electronic lottery.
