摘要
随着我国产权制度和住房制度改革的推进,住房已经成为当前社会投资和消费的一大热点问题.房地产公司的测绘业务量急剧增加,原有的相关管理信息系统已经不能满足要求了,采用面向对象和G IS等新技术开发专门适用于房产公司的测绘管理软件是一个很有实际意义的问题.
With the developing of property fight reform in our country, Housing problem has becoming a hot topic of investment and consumption in society . The real estate companies have much more business on building surveying and mapping than before ,Their old relate information management system could not help them. So develop new soft special for them with OOP and GIS technology is a significance thing now.
