髋关节置换治疗老人股骨颈骨折92例临床分析

Hip joint replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly(An analysis of 92 cases)

目的总结髋关节置换术治疗老人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法2000年2月～2007年2月,对92例60岁以上老年股骨颈骨折病人采用髋关节置换术治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组病人平均住院19d,术后3周病人大多能早期下床活动,住院期间内无1例死亡。术后随访3个月至6年,按Harris评分,髋关节功能平均分为90.7分,优良。结论髋关节置换术是治疗老人股骨颈骨折的最适当选择。

Objective To summarize the effects on hip joint replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly. Methods From February 2000 to February 2007, 92 cases with femoral neck fracture over 60 years old received hip joint replacement were analyzed retrospectively. Result Average hospitalization was 19 days in this group. Most of patients could leave the bed to do early activity after operation 3 weeks. No one case died during hospitalization. Postoperative follow-up was from 3 to 72 months（average 36 months）. Acording to Harris score creteria, the average score of hip joint function was 90.7% score. Conclusion Hip joint replacement is best chioce for treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly.
