摘要
目的探讨经输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析138例输尿管结石患者进行经输尿管镜碎石和取石治疗。结果138例患者经输尿管镜成功取出结石120例,成功率为89%;中、下段结石患者为125例,107例成功地取出结石,成功率为85.6%。2例患者出现术中输尿管穿孔,1例发生输尿管粘膜撕脱,手术并发症为2.2%。结论经输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石具有安全可靠,损伤小,痛苦轻,术后恢复快等优点。
Objective To study the curative effect and safety of trans-ureteroscope in treating ureteral stone. Methods From January 2000 to November 2006, 138 cases with ureteral stone received trans-ureteroscopic lithotripsy and lithotomy were analyzed retospectively.Results Among the 138 cases, trans-ureteroscopic lithotomy was performed successfully in 120 cases. The successful rate of lithotomy was 89%. Ureteral perforation was found in 2 cases during operation. Ureteral mucooul avalsion was happened in 1 case. Operative complications were 2.2%. Conclusion Trans-ureteroscope in treating ureteral stone possesses many advantages, including safety, reliability, less injury, less pain and postoperative quick recovery etc.
