酚醇脱水合成新橙花醚的微型实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 微型实验以β-萘酚和无水乙醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,经酚、醇脱水合成了新橙花醚(又称β-萘乙醚)。最佳反应条件为:β-萘酚∶无水乙醇∶催化剂的摩尔比为1∶4∶0.021,反应时间5h,反应温度为84℃,新橙花醚收率达80%。该合成工艺催化剂活性高,反应条件相对温和,操作简便,可供精细化工微型实验参考。 In this micro-scale experiment, new neraether (G-naphthalene aether) was synthesized by the dehydration of hydroxybenzene and ethanol under p-methyl phenyl sulfonic acid catalyzing with the materials of β-naphthol and ethanol. The best reaction condition is that the mole ratio of β-naphthol, ethanol and catalyzer is 1:4:0.021,the reaction time is 5h ,the reaction temperature is 84℃ and then the product ratio of new neraether is up to 80% .The technology of synthesis have high catalytic activity, relatively mild reaction conditions and simple operation, and then provide reference for micro-scale experiment of fine chemical.
