Microvascular Architecture of Medial Thigh Skin Flap

将大腿内部皮瓣分为９个区，分别取组织块做连续切片。应用ＬＵＺＥＸ－Ｆ图像分析仪观察皮瓣微血管构筑的形态特点，测量各层血管间的网眼密度和网眼面积。并应用计算机对所得数据进行了统计学处理。

The medial thigh skin flap was divided into 9 regions the tissues from which were cut into serial section. The morphological characteristics of the microvascular architecture of these tissue sections, including the vascular network density and the vascular network areas were observed and calculated. All data was managed by computer.
