增殖细胞核抗原及Bcl-2癌基因蛋白在鼻咽癌的表达及与预后的关系

The Expression of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen and Bcl 2 Oncoprotein in Nasopharyngeal Carcinomaand it's Correlation with Prognosis

用单克隆抗体ＰＣ１０及抗Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白对６６例鼻咽癌进行回顾性免疫组化研究。结果，增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）增殖指数（ＰＩ）分级在生存期长短两组之间差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），而在非角化鼻咽癌亚型之间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在４８／６３例鼻咽癌中呈阳性表达，在不同生存期及不同亚型非角化鼻咽癌中的表达均无明显差异。结果表明：ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数可反映鼻咽癌的增殖状态，是较好的判断预后的指标，ＰＩ分级高者预后较差，低者预后较好。Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白可做为鼻咽癌较好的肿瘤标记物，在鼻咽癌的发生上可能起重要作用。

An immunohistochemical study was performed retrospectively with monoclonal antibody PC10 and Anti Bcl 2 protein on 66 cases of NPC. In our study, there was significant difference in the grade of PCNA proliferating index (PI) (P<0.01), between two groups with different survival, but no significant difference between two subtypes of non keratinizing carcinoma(P>0.05).Bce 2 protein was expressed in 48/63 cases (76.19%) of NPC. The expression of Bcl 2 protein was not correlatted with above mentioned two factors (survival and subtype). The results suggest that PCNA PI may represent the proliferative state of NPC and have a prognostic significance. High grade of PCNA PI exhibites a poor prognosis in NPC cases and a contrary result in low grade cases. Bcl 2 protein may be a better tumor marker of NPC and may play an important role in tumorigenesis of NPC.
