p21蛋白在口腔颌面部鳞癌中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 应用流式细胞免疫荧光及双抗体染色检测技术,对39例口腔颌面部鳞癌细胞DNA指数、增殖指数及p21基因产物的表达进行了定量分析。结果表明:口腔颌面部鳞癌DNA异倍体率及增殖指数与肿瘤病理组织学分级有明显的相关性;在口腔颌面部鳞癌组织中,p21基因产物呈高阳性表达(82.05%),异倍体肿瘤中p21表达阳性率及表达强度均略高于二倍体肿瘤,但p21基因产物的表达强度与肿瘤的病理组织学分级无显著相关性。因此,p21基因产物的检测可以作为判断良恶性肿瘤及肿瘤筛查的一个指标,而不能作为判断肿瘤恶性度的指标。 DNA ploid,proliferation index and p21 gene product expression in 39 cases of the oralmaxillofacial squamous cell cancer was studied quantitatively using flow cytometry of immunofluorescence and dualantibodies' staining and examing technique. The results showed that DNA aneuploidy rate of the cancer was relative to the histopathologic grading. In the tissue of oralmaxillofacial squamous cell cancer,p21 gene product was expressed in a high rate (82.5%) and in the cancer of aneuploidy, the p21 expression rate and intensity was slightly higher than the dualploidy cancer,but p21 gene product expression intensity was not evidently associated with the pathologic grading. Hence, the detection of p21 gene product can be as an index for the judgement of the benign and malignent tumour and screening of the tumors,and can not be a standard of determining the malignant degree of the tumors.
