改良抚触法在早产儿疾病恢复中的应用与体会

Modifided massage therapy in premature infants at the time of refreshment

目的：探讨改良抚触法在早产儿疾病恢复中的作用。方法：把2004年1月～2004年6月期间的28例早产儿作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行早产儿改良抚触（营养＋抚触＋婴儿操）,对照组不进行改良抚触。两组入院条件、疾病及观察时情况比较,P〉0.05。结果：改良抚触组体重平均增加量及增加幅度显著高于对照组,P〈0.001。改良抚触组奶量增加幅度略高于对照组,但统计学无显著差异,P〉0.05。结论：母乳是早产儿最好的而且是最经济的食物,但在没有母乳时低出生体重婴儿配方奶粉是最合适早产儿的奶粉,它能支持早产儿迅速生长;抚触有益于患儿健康和生长发育;婴儿操可提高早产儿的四肢协调能力,促进运动感觉的发育,预防和纠正不良姿势的产生。改良抚触是一项促进早产儿身心健康健康发育的医疗护理技术,简便实用,值得广大医护人员重视和推广。

Objective ： To explore the modifided massage for the value of the children＇ s disease refreshment. Methods： 28 cases premature were admitted from January 2004 to June 2004. They were classified into test group and control group randomly. The test group were adopted the modifided massage （noruishment ＋ massage ＋ infant gymnastics） at the base of routine nursing. The control group were＇ t adopted the improvement caress. The two groups have no significant difference in hospitalization conditions,disease and observation condition （P 〉 0.05）. Results ： The increment and extent of the modifided massage group＇ s body weight significantly exceeded the control group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The improvement caress group＇ s extent of milk quantity＇ s increasement slightly exceeded the control group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Breast milk is the best and economicest food. Low birth weight formula milk powder is suitable for premature at the time of no breast milk which can make them grow rapidly. Caress benefit for the ailing children＇ s health and growth. Infant gymnastics can improve limbs coordination of premature, promote the development of motion, prevent and correct the generation of bad posture. The modifided massage is medical and nursing technique for promotion the physical and mental growth which is easy and practical. It＇ s worthy taking attention and speading for doctors and nurses.
