文化是一个不断演化发展的生命过程,考察文化,离不开对文化结构和文化层次的分析。广义的文化包含物质的、政治的、精神的、和谐的四种不同的形态。和谐文化价值体系是三个层面的有机统一体:一是物质文化、政治文化、精神文化等不同形态文化的内在和谐及相互和谐;二是和谐的理念和价值体系;三是和谐理念和价值观念引导社会物质生活、政治生活、精神生活三者协调发展所达到的和谐状态,也就是我们理想的和谐社会。
