摘要
采用家用微波炉消解水样,以硝酸根选择性电极测定水样中总氮的含量。在微波消解功率为640W、消解时间为7min时,回收率在93%~110%之间,结果与标准方法相一致。与标准方法相比,本法具有快速、操作方便、精密度和准确度好等特点,有推广应用价值。
The method of coupling microwave- sealed digestion and nitrate radical selective electrode is used to determine the total nitrogen content of waste water samples. When microwave power is 640 W, and digestion time 7 mins,the experimental results show that recovery ratio of nitrogen is 93 ~ 110%, which is equivalent to the normal method. Compared to the normal method, the way of coupling microwave sealed digestion and nitrate radical selective electrode has a lot of advantages, like reducod time, lower power- consumption, convenient operating, higher precision and accuracy, which indicate this method is worth applying practically.
