模型及内窥镜教学法在临床见习中的应用研究

An Application Research of Model and Endoscopy Teaching in Clinical Noviciate

目的：了解模型及内窥镜监视系统在临床见习中的教学效果。方法：将56名学生分为两组，实验组采用模型、内窥镜教学法及临床见习带教方式，对照组采用单纯临床见习带教方式，应用课堂随机问答、考核成绩分析、课后问卷调查三种方式评估课堂教学效果。结果：课堂随机问答、考核成绩优秀率，实验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），两组良好率与及格率差异均无统计学意义（P〉0，05）；课后问卷调查教学效果满意率实验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：模型、内窥镜教学法在妇产科临床见习中的应用可以增强学生的学习兴趣。提高教学效果。

Objective To study the application of model and endoscopy teaching in clinical noviciate. Methods Fifty six students were divided into two groups. The combination teaching of model, Endoscopy and clinical noviciate was applied to experimental group and the only clinical noviciate teaching to control group. The teaching effects were evaluated by random interlocution,examination and questionare after class. Results Excellence ratio of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group in random interlocution and examination（ P 〈 0.01 ）. But the two methods had no evident difference of the fine and pass ratio （P 〉 0.05 ）. Satisfaction ratio of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group in questionare after class（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of model and endoscopy teaching in clinical noviciate of obstetrics and gynecology can enhance the learning of medical students and improve the quality of teaching.
