目的：探讨CT引导下射频消融治疗肝癌的围手术期护理要点。方法：对12例接受CT引导下射频消融治疗的肝癌患者围手术期护理工作进行总结。结果：采用积极的心理护理及严密的围手术期监护，所有患者顺利恢复。结论：积极的心理疏导和严密的监护是CT引导下射频消融治疗肝癌围手术期护理工作的关键所在。

Objective To explore the nursing essential ofpatients with hepatocellular carcinoma in radiofrequency ablation by CT guiding. Methods To sum up the experience of nursing 12 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in radiofrequency ablation by CT guiding. Results All patients recovered successfully under positive psychological nursing, the close monitoring and observation. Conclusion The key to the nursing of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in radiofrequency ablation by CT guiding lies in positive psychological nursing, the close monitoring and observation.
