摘要
应用离体灌注的大鼠工作心脏模型,研究常温及低温缺血条件下不同预调方案的心肌保护作用。结果表明,无论在常温或低温缺血条件下,缺血预调均可促进缺血后心肌功能的恢复,诱导心肌保护作用。对常温缺血心肌单次5min缺血再灌注的预调方案产生最佳的保护作用,但在低温缺血心肌,两次5min缺血再灌注才可诱导最佳的保护作用。当最大的保护作用诱导后,进一步预调不再增强保护作用,缺血预调诱导的心肌保护作用具有饱和特性。
Using a modle of isolated working heart we investigated the protective effects of various preconditioning protocols on ischemic myocardium of hypothermia or normothermia. The preconditioning protocol of 5min× 1 time of ischemic period seems to have the most protective effect in normothermic series while 5min × 2 times of ischemic period appears the best to induce myocardium protection in hypothermic series. Conclusion: preconditioning offers the best protection to ischemic myocardium of either normothermic or hypothermic. The preconditioning protocol of most effective result varies with the myocardial tempereature during ischemic period.
