Controversies in the Treatment of Hypertension in Acute Ischemic Stroke
摘要
急性缺血性卒中时高血压相当常见，但对其是否需要治疗始终存在争论，支持者认为治疗有利于改善临床转归，反对者则认为治疗无效甚至有害。文章就此对近年来这两方面的主要研究结果进行了回顾和分析。
