摘要
运动控制卡是一种用来控制执行元件完成某些必要运动的控制元件。因此,运动控制卡的性能优劣,直接影响到被控对象的性能和控制可靠性。同时,友好的应用界面也是必备的,且被控对象的运动情况应及时、准确地反映给用户。通过对PMAC运动控制卡的使用,发现PMAC存在一定的缺陷。对此,作者做了相应的处理,以达到对执行元件的准确控制。
Motion control card is a device which is used to control actuator to achieve desired motion. So, its performance directly affects the actuator＇s characteristic and controlling reliability. At the same time,friendly interface is needed. It＇s important that the actuator＇s moving is displayed accurately in time. Author discovers that the PMAC has some shortages through using PMAC. The author makes process to control the actuator accurately.
