采用数字仪表实现的轨道衡计量系统功能简单,难以实现计量管理和远程监测要求。轨道衡计量系统项目以工控机为平台,基于组态技术设计了一套自动计量系统。介绍了轨道衡计量系统的构成,给出了利用KingView 6.5设计轨道衡计量系统的方法,实现了自动称重计量、数据管理与远程监测等功能,满足了工业现场的需求。

The function of measurement system for track scales using digital instrument is simple, it is hard to realize management and remote monitoring. A measurement system based on IPC using configuration software for track scales is designed. The construction of automatic measurement system is introduced,and the design method of measurement system based on KingView 6.5 is introduced in this paper. The function of measuring automatically, data management and remote monitoring are realized, and the demand of industrial field is satisfied.
