摘要
通过研究不同剂量川芎嗪对血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的影响及可能的作用机制发现:川芎嗪能明显抑制VSMC数目的增长和细胞对3H-TdR的摄取,并可增加PGI2,水解产物6M-PGF1a的释放,提示川芎嗪具有抑制VSMC增殖作用,其作用与PGI2产物含量增加有关。
The aim of this study is to explore the effect of Ligustrazinp on the proliferation of cultured VSMC and its mechanism. VSMC were cultured and randomly divided into control and Ligustrazine (50μg/ml, 1O0μg/ml, 200μg/ml) groups. The results showed that LiRustrazine may significantly decrease cell number dose-dependently and inhibit 3HTdR incorporation in VSMC. Besides, Ligustrazine may also increase the content of PGI2, production inVSMC. These suggest that Ligustrazine can inhibit VSMC proliferation and its effect possibly results from Its
