摘要
目的 观察评价自拟熟地二香煎联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法 将82例符合RomeⅡ诊断标准、医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADs）评定积分〉9分的FD患者随机分为两组，观察组42例予熟地二香煎联合黛力新进行治疗，对照组40例口服黛力新治疗，两组均合用促胃动力药。4周为1疗程。比较治疗前后消化道症状和精神症状的变化。结果 观察组治疗前后消化道症状和精神症状明显缓解（P〈0．01），且复发率低（P〈0．01），较对照组效果显著。结论 对功能性消化不良采用疏肝理气,补气健脾类中药联合黛力新治疗疗效满意，安全性好，作用持久。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Shudierxiang Jian and Dailixin for functional dyspepsia, Methods A total of 82 patients with functional dyspepsia in agreement with the Rome II diagnestic standard with HADS score 〉 9 , were randomly assigned to receive Shudierxiang Jian and Dailixin （ n = 42 ） for 4 weeks or Dallixin （ control group, n = 40）. Gastrointestinal symptom and mental symptom were observed before and after treatment. Results As compared with control group, gastrointestinal symptom and mental symptom were significantly alleviated in treatment group after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, recurrent rate was significantly lower（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conchmion Chinese medicinal herbs of soothing liver to regulate qi and invignrating qi to strengthen spleentype in conjunction with Dailixin have a satisfactory and long - term effectiveness for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
