摘要
用超临界CO2流体萃取法对藏药“生等”(RhamnellagilgilitcaMansf.etMelch.)的主要成分墨沙酮(Maesopsin)的萃取进行了研究,探讨了压力、温度、夹带剂流量对革取效率的影响;并用HPLC法作了含量测定.结果表明,本法提取率约为超声波军取法的1.2倍。
A Study on supercritical CO2, fluid extraction of maesopsin (Ⅰ ), a major constituent of Shengdeng (Rhamneta gilgitica Mansf. et Melch, Rhamnaceae ), a traditional Tibetan medicinal herb, was made. The parameters innuencing the extraction efficiency including temperature, pressure and the volumes of entrainer were investigated. The assay of (Ⅰ ) was performed by HPLC. The results showed tbat CO2,-SFE was about 1. 2 times as extraction rate of ultrasonic extraction.
