加强医学实习生的法律意识，减少医疗纠纷

临床实习是医学实习生进行专业知识、专业技能和解决临床实际问题能力培养的关键环节，同时也是培养医学生如何处理好医患关系，解决医疗纠纷，不断提高法律意识，使其成为一名合格医生的重要阶段。本文针对如何更好地提高临床带教质量，加强医学实习生的法律意识，减少医疗纠纷提出一些看法。

Clinical practice is a crucial link for intrens to practice their professional knowledge, techniques and improve their abilities to solve practical problems. At the same time, clinical practice aids in training interns on how to handle the relationship between doctors and patients; how to deal with medical troubles; how to solve disputes and strengthen interns＇legal consciousness. So, clinical practice is an important stage for an intern. This paper puts forward some views on improving the quality of clinical teaching and inforcing the legal consciousness and reducing medical disputes.
