中越边境贸易存在的主要问题及对策分析

Analysis on Main Problems and Countermeasures of Border Trade between China and Vietnam

中越边境漫长的海陆边界为双方边境贸易的发展提供了良好的基础。中越边境贸易能发挥贸易"边界效应","兴边富民"。随着中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的深入等外界条件的变化,中越边境贸易正面临着严峻的挑战。建议中越双方加快边境地区城市化发展步伐,注意边境地区可持续发展,以边境旅游带动边境贸易等。

Abstract： The long sea and land borderline between China and Vietnam provides a good foundation of border trade between the two sides. The border trade can bring border effect into play and enrich people in the region. However, with the change of environment like the construction of China- ASEAN Free Trade Area, the border trade between China and Vietnam is facing challenge. The article suggested that both sides accelerate the pace of urbanization in border area, pay attention to the sustainable development, and drive border trade with border tourism, and so on.
