摘要
目前高校教师绩效考核存在岗位职责不分、缺乏绩效反馈与沟通、绩效考核标准体系不科学等问题,因此要将绩效考核转变为薪酬管理,也就是把绩效考核与薪酬挂钩。这就要求深化高校人事制度改革,充分调动和激励广大教师的工作积极性,实现人力资源管理的科学化、规范化,切实完善高校的岗位聘任、绩效考核、津贴分配制度。
Some problems exist in the present performance reviews of teachers of colleges and universities, such as failure to separate the functions of different positions, lack of feedback and communication of performance, unscientific standard of performance reviews, etc. Therefore, we should transform the performance review into salary management, i.e. llnk performance review with salary. Then it requires deepening HR system reform, giving full play to the initiatives of the teachers, realizing scientific and standardized HR management, improving the system of position recruiting, performance review and subsidy distribution.
