摘要 对USY分子筛进行HF改性实验。XRD表征结果表明,改性后的催化剂基本保持了原有USY分子筛的晶型结构,并且分子筛与HF间部分发生作用,使催化性能得到改善。以苯和十二碳烯为原料,经烷基化反应合成十二烷基苯。在微型液相固定床反应器上考察了HF负载量、反应温度及空速对反应的影响。实验结果表明,氟的最佳负载质量分数为3%,最佳反应条件:反应温度180℃,空速2.0 h-1,苯烯物质的量比10∶1。在此条件下,十二碳烯的转化率可以达到94.3%,十二烷基苯选择性可达92.76%。 USY zeolite was modified by HF. XRD results showed that the modified zeolite basically retained the original crystal structure of USY zeolite and catalytic properties of zeolite was improved due to the interaction between zeolite and hydrofluoric acid. Synthesis of dodecylbenzene via alkylation of benzeneand dodecylene was carried out in a fixed-bed microreactor over supported HF/USY catalyst. The influence of HF loadings, reaction temperature, and space velocity was investigated. The optimal reaction condition was as follows : hydrofluoric acid loadings 3 %, reaction temperature 180 ℃, WHSV 2.0 h ^- 1, benzene-to-dodecylene molar ratio 10 : 1. Dodecylene conversion of 94.3% was obtained under the condition.
