摘要
在丙烯酸尾气净化侧流评价装置上,对自制的含铂和钯贵金属蜂窝状燃烧催化剂进行了性能评价,并考察了反应温度和空速等操作条件对催化性能的影响。结果表明,该催化剂表现出良好的催化活性和较好的热稳定性,3 000 h运转过程中,净化后尾气中总烃体积分数小于50×10-4,能够满足工业应用的要求。
The performance of a self-developed noble metal honeycomb catalyst containing platinum and palladium was tested on a side-stream test apparatus. Influence of reaction temperature, space velocity, water content and oxygen content in the waste gas on behaviors of the catalyst was investigated. The catalyst exhibited good activity and thermal stability in the 3 000-hour test run, with residual hydrocarbons in the exit gas of less than 50 × 10^-4( volume fraction), which met the requirement of commercial application.
