摘要
针对我国农村人才的开发问题,建立GSP数学模型,从政府、系统和个人3个维度对GSP模型进行了分析。
In the light of the problems existing in rural talent development in China, this paper advances the GSP mathematical model, and analyzes on the GSP model from three dimensions of the government, system and individual.
