摘要
利用Solid Edge和ALGOR软件对PM500型立式磨床的滑板座进行三维建模和有限元分析,得出了模型的前9阶主振动频率和相应的振型。通过模态分析,依据有限元分析结果,对产品在使用过程中出现的"爬行"问题及导轨寿命过短等问题进行了解释,同时也为产品改造提供一定的理论依据。
In this paper,A detailed finite element model for the slipper block of PM500 face grinding machine is estab- lished by Solid Edge & ALGOR.The frequency and model type are confirmed.The data will be some explanation for the product's problems,and also provide references for the rebuilding of the product.
