摘要
目的 探讨硬核性白内障小切口囊外摘除人工晶状体植入手术,减少手术并发症,提高疗效的方法.方法 对2004年1月～2006年2月98例（126眼）行老年硬核白内障小切口囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术进行回顾性分析.结果 98例（126眼）仅6例出现后囊破裂,玻璃体脱出;所有患者视力均有提高,其中,术后1周≥0.3者121眼,术后1个月≥0.5者119眼,脱残率为98%.结论 在硬核白内障复明手术中采用巩膜隧道小切口能有效减少手术并发症,提高手术成功率,降低成本,手术操作步骤简化安全,易于在基层白内障复明活动中推广.
Objective To explore the application of sclearal-tunnel small incision to hard nuclear extracapsular cataract extraction. Methods Sclearal-tunnel small incisions in hard nuclear extracapsular cataract extraction were studied retrospectively among 98 senile cases（ 126 eyes） treated from January, 2004 to February, 2006. Results Only 6 case got posterior capsular rupture and prolase of vitreous. Allcases had their visual acuity improved, 121 eyes restored to above 0.3, and 119 eyes to/above 0.5. The rehabilitation rate was 98 %. Conclusion Scleral-tunnel small incision can effectively reduce operative complications and medical expenses.
