Management of International Balance of Payment under Continuous Double Surplus:Thoughts on Present Experience

我国近年来持续出现国际收支双顺差,其结果是储备资产被迫大幅增加。本文通过比较分析日本、韩国以及新加坡在持续双顺差下国际收支管理的政策与措施,研究其经验与做法,合理吸收其中的有益成分,提出我国在目前持续双顺差状况下国际收支管理的措施,为提高我国外汇管理水平提供参考。

China continued to experience the double favorable balance in the international balance of payment in recent years. Its result was that reserves had to be largely increased. By comparative analysis of the policy and the measure of Japan, Korea as well as Singapore in continues double favorable balance management, and the studies of their experience and the procedure, reasonably absorbing beneficial ingredient, this article proposes the international payment balance management measure under the condition of China＇ s continuous double favorable balance at present, and provides the reference for raising Chinese exchange control level.
