摘要
通过"教育年限法"和"教育成本法"对西部地区人力资本水平进行了测度和对比,并运用人力资本溢出模型对改革开放以来西部各省区人力资本积累和外溢的增长效应做出了实证分析。在此基础上,引入有效劳动模型,进一步深入分析了人力资本对经济增长的总贡献率。此外,还对资本、劳动力及技术水平的增长贡献率做出了核算。
This paper measures and compares the level of human capital by the methods of "year of education" and the "cost of education" for the west China, and uses human capital overflow model that makes an empirical analysis for the human capital acctunulation and overflow effect of economic growth for the region, on the basis, by employing the effective worker model, the paper also analyses the total contribution rate of human capital to the economic growth further more. In addition, this paper also calculates the contribution rate of capital, labor and technology.
