摘要
2005年被称为我国房地产市场的政策年,中央政府启动了全面调控房地产供给与需求的房地产新政,而且不断出台新的政策,直到2007年。这些新政策对各地区的房地产市场造成了程度不一的影响。本文在分析西部地区房地产市场的现状和特点的基础上,力图揭示新政对西部地区房地产市场的影响,预测西部地区房地产价格的未来走势。
2005 was called the policy year of the real estate market. In this year, the center govenment made new macroeconomic control and adjustment policy for real estate which affected both the demand and the supply of the real estate market. In this paper, we have made an analysis on the particularity form mechanism of the housing price. On that basis, and taking into account the characteristics of the western real estate market, we have disclosed the effects of the new policy on the western real estate market, forecasted the trend of the price of western real estate in the short run and long run after the new policy.
