摘要
行政契约作为行政主体以契约方式实现行政目的的一种行政执法手段,丰富了行政执法行为的方式,促进了行政执法的人性化、柔性化,对于和谐社会的构建具有重要作用。
As a method of administrative law enforcement which is made use by administrative subjects, administrative contract enrich the mode of administrative law enforcement. Furthermore, administrative contract make administrative law enforcement suaver and more humanism, and it is very helpful in Building a harmonious society.
