摘要
协商民主是一种重要的民主实现形式,它以利益多元为逻辑起点,以公共协商为核心内容,以社会和谐为价值诉求,以制度规制为根本保障。协商民主是对选举民主、自治民主、谈判民主的完善和超越,发展协商民主具有极为重要的意义。
Deliberative democracy is an important form logically form the benefit diversity, acts public deliberation as value claim, takes the rule of the system as the basic perfection and improvement for electoral democracy, democracy. It has extremely important meaning to develop putting democracy into practice. It starts as the core contents, takes social harmony guarantee. Deliberative democracy is the autonomous democracy and negotiation deliberative democracy.
