空间图式加工促进方向性时间表述的理解 被引量:27

摘要 时间表征是否具有空间方向性?本研究通过考察66名研究生时间表述实时加工中的空间引导效应来回答这个问题。实验一表明:空间垂直方向性图式促进被试加工含有空间词汇的时间表述;实验二表明:两种空间方向性图式,即水平方向性图式和垂直方向性图式,都促进被试加工含有纯时间词汇的时间表述。实验结果证实了时间表征具有空间方向性,并为"抽象思维以感知-动觉经验为基础"这一论点提供心理学证据。 This research, composed of two experiments, investigated the spatial foundation of time by applying the norm of spatial schema priming to the temporal question during real time comprehension. The spatial schemas used in the two experiments were identical about spatial relations between two objects, either vertical or horizontal. A/mr solving a set of two primes, the participants answered the target question about time. If the representation of time had spatial directions, the process of the temporal target queations would be facilitated as the same schema had been activated. The participants in our research were 66 postgraduates in all. The first experiment found that the vertical spatial schema facilitated the temporal tasks using the spatio-temporal terms such as “qian”, “hou”; In the second experiment, we changed them to purely temporal words such as “zao”,“wan” in order to control the interference effect. It turned out that the spatial processing had an effect on the reasoning of time, which became faster than without the spatial priming. This study provided some of the first entirely nonlinguistic evidence that temporal representations have spatial directions, and that the abstract thoughts rely on motor-sensory experience.
