摘要
对纯棉织物冷堆前处理的生物酶制剂进行筛选,并优化其应用工艺。与传统碱处理效果及能耗指标比较发现,纯棉织物采用先酶冷堆处理再进行汽蒸漂白工艺,其毛效、白度等指标可达到或超过传统碱处理,且大幅降低能耗。
Suitable enzymes are selected for cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton fabric, the applied process is optimized. Compared with traditional alkali process, it is said that fabric processed with enzyme cold batching followed by steam bleaching has superior whiteness and capillary effect, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
