超细锦纶PU合成革染色工艺

Dyeing process of supermicro PA/PU synthetic leather

采用中性染料（尤丽特染料）对超细锦纶PU合成革染色,通过正交试验优化染色工艺条件：染浴pH值4,染色温度90℃,染料浓度4%-6%,浸染时间80 min,匀染剂用量1.0 g/L,浴比1∶20。采用该工艺条件,上染速率较快,染色重现性好,摩擦、皂洗牢度均达到3级以上。

Dyeing behaviors of neutral dyestuffs on supermicro PA/PU synthetic leather are discussed. Via orthogonal experiments, optimal conditions are defined as follows： pH value of dye bath 4, dye depth 4% - 6%, exhaust dyeing at 90℃ for 80 minutes, leveling agent 1.0 g/L, bath ratio 1：20. This process features rapid dyeing rate, good reproducibility, as well as 3-level color fastness to rubbing and soaping.
