摘要
为提高45号钢的表面硬度,达到表面改性的目的,对表面镀镍的45号钢进行了激光表面合金化。结果表明:合金化层组织形态为细小的枝晶,明显优于基体组织;合金化层平均硬度比基材提高3倍。
For enhancing the hardness and achieving the surface modification, the superficial nickel plating 45 steel was carried on by laser surface alloying, The result indicated that the microstructure of surface with tiny crystal surpassed the substrate's obviously. The average level of surface's micro-hardness enhanced 3 times in contrast of the substrate's.
