摘要
利用超声波作用,提取月季花红色素,考察了影响月季花红色素提取的因素,包括提取溶剂、提取酸度、提取时间、料液比等,结果表明,超声波作用下提取月季花红色素的最佳条件是:溶剂为50%乙醇、pH=1～2、料液比为1∶40、提取时间为10min、提取级数为二级。
The techniques of pigment extraction from everflowering rose by ultrasonic, the factors affecting the extraction such as the solvent ,time. proportion of material .series and pH were studied, The result of the experiment shows that the optimum condition could be obtained by 50 % ethanol solvent under pH=1-2 for 10 rain with material ratio 1：40 and two times of extraction ,The method is unharmful ,efficient and quick.
