摘要
罗非鱼骨经过脱脂、粉碎、酶解和干燥制成脱脂骨粉。在酶底比为3‰,PH值为4.0,酶解时间为10h是获得高骨钙转化率的最佳工艺。
Bone powder of Tilapia was manufactured after defatting, ultrafine grinding, enzyme digestion and drying. The optimum technology of high solution calcium was studied when the proportion of enzyme and bone was 3 %e ,pH4.0 and 10 h.
