摘要
利用有效碳数近似响应规律公式来计算酒中醇、酯等组分的相对重量校正因子(f值),与气相色谱法测得的f值相比较,从而验证用近似公式计算酒中醇、酯等组分f值的可行性。
To calculate the relatively weight revise gene of the composition from alcoholic wine such as alcohol. aldehyde and ester with virtual carbon value responding approximate formula, prove the feasibility of the approximate formula to determine the relatively weight revise gene, comparing with the result from the measurement of gas chromatography.
