Spatial Planning of Industrial Division and Cooperation in Pan-Pearl River Delta

泛珠三角产业分工合作的重要基础是产业资源、产业结构与产业水平的区域差异,基于这种差异,从空间规划的角度,提出实施产业合理空间定位、差异化发展、梯度转移等分工合作战略以及构建相应的布局格局;综合运用新的分区方法,将泛珠三角划分为4个产业分工合作功能区并进行产业空间整合,设计5条产业合作通道开拓方案,对重点产业提出合作指引并将重点建设项目落实在空间上,使规划具有可操作性,为新一轮广东省国土规划的编制提供依据。

The important foundation of industrial division and cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta （PPRD） is the district difference of industrial resources, structure and level. In the paper with the view of spatial planning, the strategies of industrial division and cooperation are brought forward, including a reasonable orientation, development with difference, gradient transfer and setting up corresponding industrial layout. By using a new method of comprehensive regional division, the PPRD is divided into 4 functional areas of industrial division and cooperation, and 5 schemes of industrial cooperation project are designed. The planning will resolve some urgent problems from a large space, such as the industries integration, the reasonable industrial development space, sharing in industries resources and infrastructure, and also attach importance to the research of medium and small dimension, carry out the important program, so as to improve the applicability of program and supply some references for the coming national territory planning of Guangdong. But it will need to build up uniform and reciprocal mechanism in order to realize a reasonable industrial division of labor in PPRD.
