摘要 实验用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)导入大鼠一侧下边缘皮质逆行示踪技术研究其皮质传入投射.结果如下:HRP逆行标记神经元在注射对侧主要见于额前皮质的外侧眶区,腹侧眶区、扣带回3区及下边缘皮质;在注射同侧主要见于岛叶无颗粒皮质后部.梨状区的内嗅皮质.海马结构的下托及海马CA1区.此外还有杏仁海马区、杏仁梨状皮质移行区等;在额、顶、枕、颢诸叶新皮质中很少见到HRP标记细胞.文内着重分析了下托及海马CA1区至下边缘皮质的传入投射,从而证实下边缘皮质的纤维投射参于“内侧边缘环路”即“Papez环路”的构成.下边缘皮质与边缘叶间有较多的纤维联系,而与新皮质联系极少. The cortical afferent projections of the infralimbic cortex (ID in rat were examined by using HRP retrograde tracing technique. The results were as follows : Contralateral HRP labled cellswere found mainly in the contralateral lateral orbital cortrx, the ventral orbital cortex, the cingu-late cortex Area 3 and the IL, while homolateral HRP labled cells were found in the ipsilateral posterior part of the agranular insular cortex, the entorhinal cortex, the subiculum, the field CA1 of Ammon's horn, the amygdalohip area and the amygdalopiriform tansitional area. The present paper focused on the afferent projections from the subiculum and field CAl of Ammon's horn to the IL, and it was demonstrated that the IL projections were involved in the 'medial-lim-bic circuit', ie 'papez circuit', and that there were abundant connections between IL and Limbic lobe, but few connections between IL and neocortex.
