人髁突软骨组织各带厚度的测量

HISTOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT OF HUMAN CONDYLAR CARTILAGE THICKNESS

用连续切片,多点测量法对43例19～74岁人髁突软骨各带厚度进行了测量.结果显示:髁突软骨各带厚度不恒定,波动起伏较大.肥大带厚度在前斜面、横嵴与后斜面存在显著性差异(P<0.05).增殖带厚度在青年组与壮年、较老年组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),但壮年组与老年组则无显著性差异(P>0.05),而各区厚度与年龄呈负相关关系.髁突软骨内同层不同区或同区不同层各带厚度间存在正相关关系.文内还就有关结构与功能之间的关系进行了讨论.

The thicknesses of 43 human condylar cartilage from people aged from 19 to 74 years were measured by way of serial sections and multiple locations. The results show that the thicknesses of each zone are not constant and fluctuate obviously. There are significant differences in zone of cell hypertrophy thickness between anterior, superior and posterior sectors (P< 0. 05). At the same time, there are also significant differences in proliferation zone thickness between younger group and adult or elderly group(P<0.05). while no difference between adult and elderly group (P>0.05). Moreover, there is an inverse correlation between the thickness of each zone and age. There is a positive correlation between the thickensses of different zones of the same area or those of different areas of the same zone in human condylar cartilage. The relationship between the structure and the function was also discussed in the paper.
