摘要
以硝酸铈和硝酸钴、尿素等为基本原料,采用水热合成法制备出前驱体,经高温锻烧获得铈钴复合氧化物粉体,经TG-DTA,XRD,SEM等检测手段进行表征。将其作为催化剂,应用在H2O2液相氧化甲苯制备苯甲醛的实验研究中,反应物料用GC分析检测。结果表明,900-B(900℃煅烧3 h,nCe∶nCo=5∶1)铈钴复合催化剂具有良好的催化性能,在反应温度80℃时,甲苯转化成苯甲醛的转化率达到41.7%。
The precursor object was made from the cobalt nitrate, cerous nitrate, carbamide by the methods of hydro-thermal synthesis. It was calcined at the high temperature and the cobalt-cerous oxide powder was obtained. The physical properties and structure of the cobalt-cerous oxide powder was characterized by TG-DTA,XRD, SEM and so on. As catalyst, the cobalt-cerous oxide powder was used to preparing benzaldehyde from toluene oxidized with H2O2. The result of testing with reaction materials by GC indicates that when nCe: nCo= 5 : 1, calcinated 3 h at 900 ℃, the compounds has good catalytic properties, at 80 ℃, the conversion of toluene into benzaldehyde was 41.7%.
