有机改性膨润土处理含油废水的研究

Study of disposal of oil-containing wastewater by modified organobentonite

用溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMBA)对膨润土进行改性。结果表明,改性后的膨润土可以较好的吸附含油废水中的油,在5%CTMBA有机膨润土用量为0.75 g/50 mg,温度为35℃,pH在6附近,搅拌速度为150 r/m in,搅拌时间为90 m in条件下,除油率可以达到95%以上。

This paper research on the method of using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide （CTMAB） to modificate the property of bentonite. The result indicates that, the modificated bentonite could adsorb the oil in the wastewater fairly. Under the condition of the soil quantity is 0.75 g/50 mg, the temperature is 35 ℃ ,pH is about 6,the stirring speed is 150 r/min,the stirring time is 90 min,the oil remove rate can reach over 95%.
