摘要
用工业原料采用直接晶化法合成NaY分子筛,探讨碱度(H2O/Na2O、SiO2/Na2O)、晶化时间对收率的影响。研究表明,收率随着SiO2/Na2O比和晶化时间的延长而逐渐升高。SiO2/Na2O(摩尔比)增加0.04,收率平均可增加0.8个百分点;随着晶化时间的延长,收率增加趋势渐缓,综合考虑晶化10 h最好。同时,研究发现循环使用合成分子筛的残液也可合成出高结晶度的NaY型分子筛,为降低制造成本、减少环境污染开辟了新的途径。
In this paper the NaY molecular sieve has been synthesized with the industrial raw materials by direct crystallization. The effects of alkalinity (H2O/Na2O, SiO2/Na2O ) and crystallization time have been investigated. The results shows that the yield increases with increase of the SiO2/Na2O rate and/ or the prolong of crystallization time. SiO2/Na2O increase 0.04, the yield increase 0.8 % and the crystallization time is best for 10 h with comprehensive considering. At the same time, the high crystallinity NaY molecular sieve has been also synthesized from the recycled residual of synthesis, which reduced the synthesis cost and decreased the environmental pollution.
